Summary: We arrived at our room and found places in room dusty and mold on the air contioner. Had to borrow cleaning supplies from the housekeeper to clean the mold. She did not even offer to clean it. Had a suite that had 2 tvs. the one did not work as it was not attached to any type of satalette or cable etc. Breakfast OK , pool was well kept. Hallways and elevators needed vacumning. Talked with a manager (Faith) who said she would have the TV looked at as we stayed there 4 nights. Nothing done. Room was not made up at all during stay. Got new tolls off of housekeeping cart. Faith also promised IHG points to be added for our stay. (did not receive this either, we understand that we booked through Hotels.com and did not expect points but she should not have promised) We did get a gift card for filling out a survey that were being giving to lots of guests at the breakfast. Holiday Inn Express & Suites is our favorate chain. This one in Brockville needs some improvement.

Summary: I enjoyed the hotel stay but was very annoyed when I was checking out. A young employee was speaking to the concierge and I waited for a good ten minutes before they even acknowledge how to check out.

Summary: 0 issues. Nice hotel. Good water pressure. Gets hot right away. Updated thermostat. Bigger tv. With a tv guide. Wifi with a password. Good breakfast.

Summary: This hotel offers more than expected for Holiday Inn. The room was very spacious, clean and ours had 2 TVs. The staff members were exceptional nuce and courteous especiaally durong breakfast. They ensured the quests were well catered for.

Summary: Recently renovated, comfortable bed, breakfast had everything. The water level in the pool though was too high thus making the skimmer on either side non-functional.

Summary: All the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating from check in to check out. Rooms were as advertised, clean and comfortable, breakfast was great, pool is great, and the shower had pressure in spades!! Small annoyance is the room temperature control, set on a timer, and I do understand the reasoning, however I would have preferred the room a bit cooler. Overall fantastic stay!
